Campbell Muir is partnered with one of the fastest growing insurance brokers in the United States in the search for experienced P&C Producers to head up regional areas and act as Sales Leaders.
You will currently be working in an P&C Producer/Consultant role, managing and growing a book of business across a range of industries. You will also have leadership experience, managing high-performing sales teams.
You will be expected to develop and grow a portfolio of clients, focusing on high client retention and continually winning new business to grow the value of your client book. The role also requires you to manage and grow a team of experienced P&C producers, driving sales and hitting revenue targets.
You will be joining a high performing culture with excellent sales training, quality reputation, excellent back office support and generous marketing budgets.
The ideal candidate will currently be operating as an P&C Producer and evidence a growing book of business, with leadership experience in the P&C space.
