Schedule
- Full-time rotating 4x10 schedule
- Three days off per week
- Rotating schedules allow team members to have some weekends off throughout the month
- Nights, weekends, and holidays required as part of the rotation
We try and create fair and balanced scheduling while maintaining coverage for our patients and operations.
Starting Pay Starting pay begins at $16.00/hour plus tips, with opportunities for advancement, performance-based growth, and future compensation reviews. Customer specialists earn additional income through pooled tips, increasing overall take home pay.
What You’ll Do
- Assist and educate medical cannabis patients
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Follow compliance and security procedures
- Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Maintain organization and inventory accuracy
- Learn cannabis products and state compliance regulations
- Support daily dispensary operations and team workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work in a highly regulated environment
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Retail, hospitality, or cannabis experience preferred but not required
