We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled SAP Finance Consultant to join our innovative team. Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to meet client-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement using SAP solutions.
- Manage end-to-end project activities, including planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and timeline management in a fast-paced environment.
- Facilitate change management initiatives by communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis and data analysis to support decision-making and optimize financial workflows.
- Develop detailed documentation such as process maps, functional specifications, and training materials to support implementation efforts.
- Provide ongoing support post-implementation by troubleshooting issues, conducting system upgrades, and recommending enhancements for continuous improvement.
Skills
- Proven experience in enterprise solutions implementation within SAP Finance modules and large-scale organizational change management.
- Strong strategic planning skills combined with expertise in project management and process mapping methodologies like Lean management.
- FERC & TAX related experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for data analysis, reporting, and business documentation purposes.
- Background in management consulting or business consulting firms with a focus on technology-driven transformation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering collaboration across departments through cross-functional teamwork.
- Deep understanding of business analysis techniques, research methods, and business development strategies related to enterprise solutions.
