Full Time DR Project Manager
We are a fast-paced family owned Disaster Restoration Company, looking for a few experienced, organized people to be part of our Production Leadership Team. This job requires beginning to end management of jobs including:
- Written and verbal scope of work, sketch, 3-D imaging & photos
- Bidding and pricing negotiations
- Project timeline & moisture mapping
- Supervision of crews at customer sites
- Review of all crew chief paperwork
- Customer and team daily progress reports
- Daily project and safety meetings
- Final walk through and inspection
- Coordination and supervision of subcontractors
- Review of invoice completed by IPC Team
- Presentation of invoice to customer
- Payment commitment and follow up
You need to have a "No Problem", get it done attitude with the ability to manage multiple crews to meet all established deadlines. We want team members who can lead our group and also keep all company departments apprised of project status. This job includes being part of the On-Call Rotation.
Regular Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 – 4:00
Work Locations: Norwood, MA and Malden, MA
Salary Range: $85,000 or more based on experience, Additional On-Call Pay, potential for 10% bonus
