Key Responsibilities
- Safely load, transport, and deliver luxury furniture and home furnishings.
- Perform in-home "white glove" delivery services, including room-of-choice placement, assembly, installation, and final positioning of furniture.
- Protect customers' homes by using floor runners, furniture blankets, corner guards, and other protective materials during delivery and setup.
- Inspect all merchandise before and after delivery to ensure products meet quality standards and are free of damage.
- Assemble furniture according to manufacturer specifications using hand and power tools.
- Remove all packaging materials and leave the customer's home clean and organized after installation.
- Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and excellent communication throughout the delivery experience.
- Educate customers on basic product care, operation, and maintenance when appropriate.
- Accurately complete delivery documentation, customer signatures, and any required reports.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean, safe working condition.
- Work closely with dispatch, warehouse staff, and team members to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.
- Follow all company safety policies, DOT regulations (if applicable), and safe lifting procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in white glove delivery, luxury furniture delivery, furniture installation, or moving services preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if operating company vehicles).
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver furniture weighing up to 100 pounds with team assistance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.

Starting pay for employees:
6 days a week for drivers is $900.00
6 days a week for helpers is $720.00
5 days a week for drivers is $750.00
