We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects supporting our rapidly expanding business. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, including planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, quality control, risk management, and project evaluation.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or technology-related environment.

Proven experience leading complex projects and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and resources.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.

Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent project management certification.

Experience supporting Data Center, Critical Infrastructure, Industrial Automation, Electrical, Construction, Manufacturing, or Technology projects.

Experience working within a high-growth business environment.

Familiarity with Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma methodologies.

Experience leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
