Overview
We are a Brooklyn Based Ambulance company seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This position requires a deep understanding of Emergency Medical Service Industry careers, as well as the ability to engage with candidates across various levels, from entry-level to experienced candidates. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.

Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and campus recruitment.

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.

Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact through onboarding.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting and executive recruiting.

Assist in training development initiatives for new hires to ensure smooth transitions into their roles.
Skills

Strong knowledge of talent management principles and human resources practices.

Experience as an EMS Recruiter is preferred.

Familiarity with recruitment strategies to attract emerging talent.

Proficiency in technical recruiting methodologies for specialized roles.

Ability to conduct executive recruiting for high-level positions within the organization.

Proficient in HR sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates effectively.

Familiarity with JazzHR platforms is a plus.
