Freight From Every Lane helps newly authorized trucking companies build simple AI-powered systems for organizing operating costs, documents, revenue tracking, and day-to-day business decisions.
We are looking for a confident, organized remote appointment setter to contact newly authorized motor carriers, introduce our free resources, collect contact information, and book qualified introductory calls.
This is a phone-based outreach role. You will receive a list of qualified trucking companies, a clear call script, training, and a simple lead-tracking system.
You will not be responsible for closing sales. Your job is to start conversations, identify interested carrier owners, and schedule calls with the founder.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to newly authorized trucking companies
Confirm that you are speaking with the owner or decision-maker
Briefly explain Freight From Every Lane
Offer the free New Authority Starter Pack
Collect and confirm the carrier’s email address
Ask basic qualifying questions
Book qualified free introductory calls
Update lead statuses and call notes after every conversation
Follow up with carriers when instructed
Respect all do-not-contact requests immediately
Provide a simple daily report of calls, conversations, and appointments
Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
