TTH Services LLC is hiring serious, dependable workers for underground utility and manhole rehabilitation work.
This is not an easy job, and it is not for everyone. We are looking for workers who show up on time, come prepared, work as a team, and take this job seriously every day.
Our work involves dirty environments, long days, outdoor conditions, physical labor, equipment operation, and traveling to different cities across Texas. TTH Services LLC is not a stationary company. We go where the work is, and travel is required when the job calls for it.
We are hiring for the following positions:
Experienced Concrete Sprayers
Positions Available: 2
Starting Pay: $15–$18 per hour
Experienced Concrete Sprayers are responsible for applying cementitious coating materials inside manholes and assisting with manhole rehabilitation work. This position includes surface preparation, pressure washing, cleaning, concrete spraying, material application, and working with hoses, pumps, and coating equipment.
Applicants must be able to work in dirty manhole environments, follow instructions, and work with urgency as part of a crew.
Concrete Mixers
Positions Available: 2
Starting Pay: $14–$16 per hour
Concrete Mixers are responsible for preparing and mixing materials correctly for manhole coatings, concrete spraying, repairs, and other underground utility rehabilitation work.
This position requires attention to detail, physical labor, and the ability to support the sprayers and crew throughout the workday. Concrete Mixers must keep materials, tools, and equipment ready, organized, and moving so the job can be completed safely and efficiently.
Pump Machine Operators
Positions Available: 2
Starting Pay: $14–$16 per hour
Pump Machine Operators are responsible for helping set up, operate, clean, and maintain pump machines and related equipment used for manhole coatings, concrete spraying, pressure washing, and underground utility rehabilitation work.
This position requires safety awareness, focus, communication, and a willingness to learn proper equipment operation. Pump Machine Operators must be able to follow instructions and keep the work moving with the crew.
Excavator Operators
Positions Available: 2
Starting Pay: $16–$19 per hour
Excavator Operators are responsible for operating excavation equipment and assisting with underground utility work, fiberglass manhole replacement, ring and cover replacement, manhole raising, site preparation, backfill, and cleanup.
This position requires equipment operating experience, safety awareness, and the ability to work carefully around utilities, equipment, crew members, and active jobsite conditions. Excavator Operators must also be willing to assist the crew when not operating equipment.

- Manhole retrofitting
- Fiberglass manhole replacement
- Ring and cover replacement / manhole raising
- Manhole coatings
- Pressure washing and cleaning
- Concrete finishing
- Rebar installation
- Excavation work
- Operating generators, hammer drills, hand tools, pumps, and other equipment
- Working in dirty manhole and underground utility environments
Requirements for All Positions
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Trailer-pulling experience is required
- Reliable transportation is required
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday
- Must be willing to travel when required
- Must show up properly dressed, equipped, and prepared for long workdays
- Must be willing to learn and operate tools and equipment
- Must follow safety procedures and company instructions
- Must be able to work outdoors in heat, dirt, and physical jobsite conditions
- Must be able to work in dirty manhole environments
- Must work well as part of a crew
Compensation
Starting pay is based on position and experience.
Pay increases are earned through consistent growth, reliability, work ethic, skill development, safety awareness, teamwork, and the ability to take on more responsibility within the company.
