ABOUT THE POSITION:

Key Responsibilities For Office Coordinator
- Create a welcoming and cheerful atmosphere for patients when they walk in as needed to support front desk
- Answer phone calls with a smile and schedule appointments as needed to support front desk
- Assist the chiropractors in providing treatments and scribing
- Verify patient information and insurance reimbursement
- Present financial arrangements and financial solutions to patients \
- Quick and creative thinking--being able to make autonomous decisions that grow the office
- Respond to patient correspondence regarding financial policies, questions, and some billing
- Accurate posting of payments and management of patient financial matters through their treatment plan. Must have empathy and high level of customer service to assist with various patient financial situations
- Office supply management and ordering
- Collaborate with the owner and other chiropractic assistants on planning and executing office events and marketing projects

Role
- Full time, salaried, non exempt
- 40 hours a week, during the hours of 8 am-6:15 pm Monday-Friday, and rotating Saturdays 7:45 am-11:30 am.
- $60k-$68k a year DOE
- Monthly bonus potential. The most successful office managers regularly earn $500-$1500+ bonus a month, and there is an end of the year bonus in place

Pay: $62,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
