Job description:
Little Sprouts Pediatric Therapy is seeking a part-time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing private practice! We are a locally owned pediatric practice providing play-based, child-led speech, language, and feeding therapy in homes, daycares, and preschools.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve speech, language, communication and/or feeding skills.
- Deliver play-based and child-led therapy sessions, focusing on speech, language, and/or feeding skills.
- Collaborate with parents, educators and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with professional and legal standards.
- Educate patients and families on communication and feeding strategies and techniques.
- Participate in regular team check-ins and continuing education opportunities
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Pathologist.
- Experience in pediatrics is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in feeding therapy is preferred, but we welcome candidates who are eager to learn.
- Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and early intervention strategies.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- A passion for helping children achieve their communication goals.
- Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.
- Service areas include: Brick, Toms River, Pine Beach, and Bayville.
