The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is seeking compassionate, dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN II) to support adults with developmental disabilities in community-based homes. This is your chance to build meaningful relationships, empower others, and be part of something bigger.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver hands-on nursing care (medications, treatments, vitals)
- Support individuals in daily living and independence goals
- Collaborate with direct care staff and healthcare providers
- Coordinate medical appointments and follow-up care
- Train staff on medical procedures and equipment
- Be a trusted advocate for the individuals you serve
What You Bring:
- Active Massachusetts LPN license
- At least 1 year of LPN experience
- Compassion, patience, and a person-centered mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
- BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
