As the Social Services Director, you will hold a pivotal role in our residents' lives and their families. From pre-admission to admissions processes, you'll listen, empathize, and provide individual and group support when required. Our Social Services Director must have:
- MUST have minimum1-2 years’ experience in long term care and skilled nursing care
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to demonstrate strong conflict resolution
- Therapeutic relationship skills
- Insurance/Medicare proficiency
