Matrix Motorsport Collision Center is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, works well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
● Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
● Answer and direct incoming phone calls
● Respond to emails and customer inquiries
● Open and manage repair orders
● Process and follow up on insurance claims
● Communicate with insurance adjusters and customers throughout the repair process
● Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pickups
● Maintain accurate vehicle inventory and repair status
● File and organize customer and insurance documents
● Collect customer payments and complete final paperwork
● Support daily office operations and assist the production team as needed
Qualifications
● Bilingual English and Farsi.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
