Join our team at the Grouse’s Nest Lounge and Laurel Room, located inside the Altoona Grand Hotel. As Altoona’s only full-service hotel, you will have a unique opportunity to serve a great variety of guests.
Job Duties:
- Provide hospitable service to lounge, restaurant, and hotel guests
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, food menu, and daily specials
- Follow daily opening and closing processes/ procedures
- Follow all RAMP certification and alcohol service guidelines
- Check IDs to confirm 21+ guests
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Available nights, weekends, holidays
