Shifts: ALL SHIFT AVAILABLE! Monday -Friday (overtime when needed)
Requirements
- Basic entry‑level machine operating experience
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass drug screen (random testing)
Machine Operator Duties:
- Learn and perform primary machine functions
- Use quality‑check tools (ruler, scale, etc.)
- Set up or change over machines (components, solution, packaging materials)
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Complete paperwork accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Produce quality product while reducing scrap
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
Elsner Operator Duties:
- Operate most Elsner equipment independently
- Complete C&S on Elsner machines
- Troubleshoot general equipment issues
- Perform accurate, timely quality checks and make adjustments
- Complete machine setups/changeovers
- Assist with packaging duties
- Process paperwork accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe production line
- Assist with waste removal
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Packers Duties:
- Pack finished products into boxes, cases, and containers.
- Stack, palletize, and organize packaged goods for shipment.
- Supply packaging materials to the production line alongside operators or material handlers.
- Perform basic quality checks — verifying labels, caps, pumps, seals, and product consistency.
- Assist with line support tasks, including waste removal and keeping raw materials flowing.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area following safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures to ensure compliance.
Quality Control Technician Duties:
- Perform quality inspections and testing
- Understand and apply quality requirements
- Make quality determinations based on KTP standards
- Monitor processes and enforce GMP policies
- Operate testing equipment (pH meter, balance, vacuum tester)
- Ensure traceability of materials
- Follow all safety procedures
- Complete paperwork accurately
- Write inspection results clearly
- Communicate problems and solutions
- Perform metric system math (fractions, decimals, conversions)
- Convert weights (grams ↔ pounds)
- Learn spreadsheet and word‑processing software
- Use measuring devices (digital scale)
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Apply common‑sense problem solving
