Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Dishwasher/Porter, where your energy and attention to cleanliness will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a spotless kitchen environment, supporting food service operations, and ensuring all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are sanitized and organized. Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as basic chopping or ingredient organization when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste properly.
- Help with bussing tables during service hours to ensure a clean and welcoming dining environment.
- Support the kitchen staff with light food handling tasks to facilitate smooth meal service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures at all times.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or food service environment is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.. Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling practices is beneficial. Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success. Prior hospitality or kitchen experience will help you excel in supporting our culinary teams and maintaining the high standards our guests expect. Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
