Join the Strategy Execution Office as a Portfolio Planning and Delivery Coordinator and help keep important work moving with clarity and confidence. In this role, you will support planning, intake, governance, reporting, and initiative tracking across US Employer Product Solutions. You will help leaders and teams make informed decisions by keeping information organized, accurate, and easy to use.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate intake and tracking for new requests, initiatives, resource needs, and delivery commitments across the Strategy Execution Office.
- Maintain a clear portfolio inventory that shows initiative status, funding type, ownership, dependencies, and key planning milestones.
- Track requests from intake through transition to delivery, helping teams stay aligned on next steps, timing, and follow-up needs.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentation materials that help leaders review progress, risks, decisions, and portfolio priorities.
- Document meeting outcomes, decisions, action items, and follow-up activities so teams have a shared record of commitments.
- Partner across planning, delivery, product, and business teams to gather information, resolve gaps, and support strong governance routines.
- Provide administrative and operational support that improves planning discipline, reporting accuracy, and day-to-day execution for the team.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in project coordination, program support, business operations, administration, reporting, or a related field.
- Experience gathering, tracking, and organizing information across multiple stakeholders, priorities, or workstreams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, follow through on details, and keep work moving.
- Comfort creating and maintaining spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, presentation materials, and status updates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize information clearly for different audiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, project management, communications, or a related field.
- Experience supporting portfolio planning, project governance, initiative intake, resource planning, or delivery tracking processes.
- Experience preparing leadership review materials or supporting governance forums.
- Familiarity with product, portfolio, strategy execution, or business planning environments.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 66,300 - 110,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
