Warehouse Associate – Hardware Department

Position Overview
BNW Rigging is seeking a dependable and professional Warehouse Associate to join our Hardware Department. This position will work closely with the Hardware Lead to support the daily preparation, organization, tracking, and return of hardware and equipment used for jobs and projects.
The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This individual must be comfortable working with different departments, personalities, and changing priorities while maintaining a professional and team-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Hardware Lead with daily warehouse operations.
- Pull, prepare, organize, and stage hardware for upcoming jobs.
- Verify that pulled equipment and hardware match job orders and required quantities.
- Receive, inspect, count, and properly return hardware following completed jobs.
- Identify and report missing, damaged, or incorrectly returned equipment.
- Load and unload trucks, vans, and delivery vehicles as required.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using BNW Rigging’s internal inventory management system, Flex Rental Solutions.
- Update equipment status, quantities, locations, and job-related information within the inventory system.
- Help keep the Hardware Department clean, organized, and safe.
- Return equipment and materials to their proper storage locations.
- Assist with regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and warehouse organization.
- Communicate inventory discrepancies or equipment concerns to the Hardware Lead or Warehouse Manager.
- Assist other warehouse departments when needed.
- Follow all company safety procedures, warehouse policies, and equipment-handling guidelines.
- Complete additional warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience is required.
- Experience pulling orders, managing returns, loading trucks, or maintaining inventory is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Flex Rental Solutions or a similar inventory management system is a plus.
- Ability to accurately count, organize, label, and track equipment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Professional attitude and ability to work effectively with different people, departments, and personalities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and job requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment.
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including hot and cold warehouse conditions.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and move warehouse equipment and materials.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
Schedule and Availability
Candidates must be available to work:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Additional hours, early starts, late departures, or overtime may be required based on workload, job schedules, and operational needs.

Note: This is a temp to full time position. For the first 90 days you would be considered a temp. At the 90 day mark you will meet with management to review being brought on as a full time associate
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
