Position Details
This position will begin as a part-time role at our Duluth office beginning September 1.
Initial Schedule (Starting September 1):
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Duluth)
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Duluth)
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Duluth)
As our Roswell office opens in November, this position will transition into a two-location role.
Beginning November:
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday: Duluth Office (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
- Tuesday & Thursday: Roswell Office (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
As patient volume continues to grow, there is potential for this position to become full-time (Monday–Friday until approximately 5:00 PM) beginning early next year.
We are looking for someone excited about growing with our practice over the long term.
Office Locations
Applicants must be willing to commute between both offices.
Duluth Office

Please apply only if you live within approximately 20–30 minutes of both locations, as this position will routinely work between the two offices.
ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties
- Room patients and obtain complete vital signs
- Document chief complaint, HPI, medication reconciliation, allergies, and medical history in the EMR
- Perform EKGs, spirometry/PFTs, ABI testing, hearing and vision screening
- Perform point-of-care testing (COVID-19, Influenza, Strep, Urinalysis, Pregnancy testing, etc.)
- Administer injections and vaccines
- Perform venipuncture and process laboratory specimens
- Assist with minor in-office procedures
- Sterilize instruments and maintain exam rooms
- Prepare patients for provider evaluation
- Provide patient education and follow-up instructions
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Administrative Duties
- Answer patient phone calls professionally
- Respond to patient text messages and portal messages
- Schedule appointments and verify patient demographics
- Process referrals and imaging orders
- Scan and upload medical records
- Assist with insurance authorizations when needed
- Maintain inventory and clinical supplies
- Support quality measures and preventive care initiatives
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care
- Experience with phlebotomy and injections
- Strong computer and EMR skills
- Excellent communication and patient service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work at both office locations
Preferred
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- Experience performing EKGs, spirometry, and point-of-care testing
- Bilingual (Spanish, Hindi, Gujarati, or Telugu) is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
