Consumer Support Services, Inc. is searching for a highly motivated individual for the position of Senior Accountant. Individuals must be able to meet deadlines, be well organized and have a team-player attitude.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Related Field required with 3-5 years Accounting Experience
· Experience in Compiling and Analyzing Financial Information to Prepare Timely Financial Statements
· Experience with General Ledger Operations
· Supervise, Train, and Mentor Accounting Office Staff
· Monthly Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts
· Prepare and Complete Monthly Journal Entries
· Acts as Reviewer, Providing Approval Sign-Off on Accounting Transactions/Reconciliations
· Assists in the Preparation and Coordination for Audits as Required
· Assists with Annual Budget/Forecast Preparation (Data Collection and Compiliation)
· Assists with Year-End Processes
· Ability to Review Output and Attention to Detail a Must
· Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
· Ability to Multi-task
· Critical Thinker
· Excellent Communication Skills
· MS Dynamics GP Experience Preferred
