Role Overview
- Place direct restorations under doctor supervision
- Assist doctors with restorative, cosmetic, implant, emergency, and general dental procedures
- Maintain excellent clinical documentation and charting
- Help provide a calm, comfortable, and reassuring patient experience
- Take digital X-rays, intraoral scans, and clinical photos as needed
- Support efficient doctor flow and same-day treatment opportunities
- Maintain proper infection control and sterilization standards
- Work closely with doctors, assistants, hygienists, and admin team members
- Help uphold our office systems, communication standards, and patient-care values
Qualifications
- Current Ohio EFDA certification
- Dental assisting experience preferred
- Strong restorative skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Excellent communication with patients and coworkers
- Dependable, organized, and willing to grow
- Experience with digital scanning, implants, cosmetic dentistry, or sedation is a plus but not required
