Our transportation team operates using a pre-planned annual trip calendar, allowing you to know upcoming transportation opportunities well in advance. Whether you're retired, semi-retired, or simply looking for extra hours doing meaningful work, this role offers flexibility and purpose.
️ Plan Ahead – Most trips and events are scheduled throughout the year, giving you advance notice of driving opportunities.
Hit the Road with Purpose – Transport residents to appointments, community events, shopping trips, restaurants, entertainment venues, and special excursions.
Build Relationships – Get to know residents and become a familiar, trusted face during their travels.
Every Trip Matters – Your work helps residents maintain independence, stay active, and enjoy life to the fullest.
Supportive Team Environment – Work alongside team members who share a passion for serving others.
Safely transport residents, guests, and supplies using a bus, wheelchair van, van, or car
Assist residents with boarding, exiting, and securing mobility devices
Learn and apply proper wheelchair securement procedures
Complete mileage and transportation documentation in accordance with DOT requirements
Follow routes and directions to ensure safe and timely arrivals
Report vehicle maintenance concerns promptly
Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout each trip

Valid Driver's License with no more than one violation within the past five years
Must be at least 18 years old
Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement, or the ability to obtain one within three months of hire
