Holly’s Professional Cleaning is one of Maine’s fastest-growing cleaning companies, with successful locations in Bangor and Ellsworth. We specialize in residential house cleaning, commercial office cleaning, and Airbnb/short-term rental cleaning. We are now opening a Biddeford, Maine location and are looking for a Manager who can lead an office, manage employees, and clean at a professional standard.
Position Overview
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will manage day-to-day operations of this location train cleaning crews, and step in to perform cleaning jobs when needed. We’re looking for someone who has extensive experience in:
- Residential cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, deep cleans, move-in/move-out)
- Commercial cleaning (offices, medical buildings, dealerships, industrial spaces)
- Short-term rental turnovers (Airbnb, VRBO, seasonal cottages)
Responsibilities:
- Manage all cleaning operations for the Biddeford location
- Perform house cleaning, office cleaning, and short-term rental cleaning as needed
- Hire, train, and supervise cleaners
- Create and manage schedules for residential, commercial, and STR clients
- Maintain cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment
- Perform quality checks to ensure top-tier results
- Communicate with clients and handle feedback or service adjustments
- Grow the business through excellent service and team leadership
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and/or short-term rental cleaning
- Proven ability to lead or supervise a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to lift 30+ lbs and stand for long periods
- Flexible availability, including some weekends and holidays during peak season
- May be required to pass background check
