About the Role
We're hiring a Junior Installer who can take on complete sign installations independently. You know how to read a drawing, you measure before you drill, and you don't need someone watching over your shoulder to do quality work. This role handles illuminated sign systems, electrical connections, and substrate anchoring.
What You'll Do
● Install complete illuminated sign systems — channel letters, cabinet signs, monument
signs
● Make final electrical connections to installed sign systems
● Handle substrate anchoring. Concrete anchors, core drilling, masonry and steel
fastening
● Review installation drawings and flag site conflicts before the crew arrives
● Communicate professionally with property managers and GCs on site
● Help train and develop entry-level installers in the field
What We're Looking For
● Experience installing commercial signage or work in a closely related trade (electrical,
construction, fabrication)
● Comfortable reading installation drawings — you look before you drill
● OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 a strong plus
● Crane certification a plus
● Valid driver's license required
● Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
Compensation & Benefits
● $21 – $25 / hr (based on experience and certifications)
