We are searching for highly motivated, exceptional leasing agents to work at our newly renovated apartment communities.

Position Objective: Increase income to properties by maintaining a high closing ratio and improving resident retention through resident activities and renewal program. Maintain positive relationships with residents and locators.
Essential Responsibilities:
● Show and lease apartments
o Process and approve applications
o Answer telephone and emails
o Inspect model/show apartment daily
o Inspect vacancies as needed
o Maintain detailed traffic log
o Follow up on all prospect visits within 24 hours
o Prepare and place Move-in Gifts
● Assist with property marketing
o Evaluate traffic statistics
o Evaluate rental rates/specials and make recommendations
o Update all parties of changes in rates, specials and availability
o Prepare and evaluate market comps
o Place internet advertising
o Evaluate and recommend additional advertising including signage, print ads, and flyers
o Assist with special events
o Order marketing materials, if required
o Assist with business marketing
● Assist with Resident services
o Receive and process work orders
o Collect and post rental and other income, if required
o Post invoices, if required
o Prepare renewal leases and call on residents for renewals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
