Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our dynamic cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows in residential properties. Your energetic approach will ensure sparkling, streak-free windows that enhance the overall aesthetic and safety of our clients’ buildings. Duties
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and related fixtures using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions to achieve a streak-free finish
- Use ladders to safely access high or hard to reach areas
- Prepare work areas by setting up equipment and protecting surrounding surfaces from cleaning materials
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure windows are spotless and identify any maintenance needs or damages
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when working at heights or with cleaning chemicals
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order for efficient job completion
- Collaborate with team members to complete large-scale or multi-site cleaning projects efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential window cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred
- Experience operating water-fed and long poles is preferred
- Experience with a hand squeegee is preferred
- Ability to work at heights using ladders safely and confidently
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and climb for extended periods during shifts
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely
- Background check required

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
