Hairapy Salon is looking for a motivated, passionate future stylist to join our structured Associate Training Program. If you’re a recent beauty school graduate or newly licensed cosmetologist who wants to learn from an experienced team, we’d love to meet you.
This isn’t just another assistant position, it’s a hands-on career development program designed to help you become a confident, successful hairstylist.
What You’ll Learn
During our comprehensive training program (up to six months), you’ll work one on one with our Master Stylists and Education Team while building the skills needed for a long term career.
You’ll learn:
Professional consultations and exceptional guest experience
Advanced hair coloring and formulation
Blowouts, styling and finishing techniques
Haircutting support and hands on technical training
Extension services and specialty treatments
Retail recommendations and product knowledge
Salon software (Phorest) and appointment management
Front desk operations and guest communication
Time management and building a loyal clientele
Daily salon operations and sanitation standards
You’ll begin by learning the front desk and guest experience, then transition to working directly alongside your educator. Most associates begin working behind the chair within their first three months while continuing advanced education.
