CareCore at Lima is looking for a reliable and motivated Cook to join our team! If you enjoy preparing quality meals and take pride in your work, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.
We are seeking a cook who can work day shift and night shift.
Schedules: 5:30am-1:30pm, 1pm-7:30pm.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook meals according to menus and dietary guidelines
- Ensure food is served at proper temperatures and in correct portions
- Assist with meal prep and kitchen organization
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Properly store, label, and date all food items
Requirements:
- Previous cooking experience preferred (healthcare or large-scale setting a plus)
- Knowledge of modified diets and food safety practices
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays
