The Principal, End-to-End Power Delivery Manager serves as a senior leader responsible for the planning, design, development, and commissioning of large-scale behind-the-meter power generation and electrical infrastructure supporting next-generation hyperscale data center campuses. This role oversees complex energy infrastructure projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and global best practices in safety, reliability, quality, and sustainability.
This position will support the delivery of the GigaScale Campus Program , leading cross-functional coordination across power generation, utilities, gas infrastructure, substations, electrical distribution, construction, operations, and commissioning teams to successfully execute hyperscale energy infrastructure at unprecedented scale and speed.
The role requires strong leadership in program execution, stakeholder management, commercial oversight, risk mitigation, and schedule management while driving standardization, operational excellence, and scalable power delivery strategies across the portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in behind-the-meter power generation, mission-critical electrical infrastructure, large-scale energy project delivery, and hyperscale campus development within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
