Looking for an experienced Caregiver to provide essential support to a female client in Southington, CT.

Job starts ASAP upon hire.
Caregiver with a vehicle is needed.
MUST be fluent in English/Polish.
Schedule:
Saturday: 7AM to 3PM and 3PM to 11PM.
Sunday: 7AM to 3PM and 3PM to 11PM.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in home health, assisted living, and nursing homes. Experience with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, or memory care is highly valued.
- Elderly client needs assistance with daily living activities and meal preparation.
- Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to family members or supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Work collaboratively with family members and supervisors to develop and follow-up personalized care plans.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to the client is very important.
- Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and reporting changes in condition.
