The outgoing and service-oriented Housekeeper provides exceptionally clean guestrooms for guests while following Dutch Wonderland brand quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitor the supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash , and toiletry items in each room ; r eplace low or missing items
Clean and disinfect public areas of the hotel including lobby, public restrooms, tending to trash cans, and outdoor walkways , when needed
Education and Experience:
Language: Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.
Must possess exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns in a positive and professional manner
Ability to frequently stoop, twist, kneel, bend, squat, or reach above shoulders
Ability to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing 3 0 pounds or more
Some exposure to the variable outside temperatures, including high heat, cold, direct sun, humidity, dust, rain, snow, ice, and other weather conditions
