Duties
- Manage and maintain your private beauty suite, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in compliance with health regulations.
- Provide a wide range of aesthetic services such as hair styling, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, body waxing, and laser treatments.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
- Utilize salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY to schedule appointments, process payments, and track client information efficiently.
- Promote your services through social media management and product demos to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Uphold high standards of sanitation and safety protocols during all procedures, including injection administration and tattooing.
- Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied with their experience.
- Upsell retail products related to skincare, hair care, and aesthetic treatments to enhance client results and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with front desk staff for guest services, appointment confirmations, and managing walk-ins seamlessly.
Experience
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong background in cosmetology or nursing related to aesthetic treatments.
- Knowledge of salon software systems such as Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client management.
- Hands-on experience with advanced aesthetic procedures including dermal fillers, Botox (botulinum toxin treatment), laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, hair extensions, nail care, makeup application, tattooing, body waxing, hair threading, straight razor shaves, deep tissue massage, and scalp treatments.
- Familiarity with social media management for marketing services and engaging with clients online.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse clientele.
- Strong understanding of sanitation protocols essential for safe injection administration and other skin-related procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple clients while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
