We're a fast-growing outlet store selling furniture, appliances, flooring, and home essentials at steep discounts. We just opened our Fort Collins location, and we're hiring our first team member here. That means this isn't a narrow role you'll be doing a little bit of everything, front end and back end, and you'll have a real hand in getting this store off the ground.
The Role:
This is a true do-it-all position. Some days you'll spend most of your time on the sales floor helping customers. Other days you'll be in the back receiving shipments and building furniture. You need to be comfortable switching between both.
Customer-Facing (Primary Focus):
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in both English and Spanish
- Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability
- Help customers make confident purchase decisions
- Provide a positive, professional in-store experience
Warehouse & Operations:
- Unload trucks, receive shipments, and organize inventory
- Build, clean, and stage furniture for display or pickup
- Keep the sales floor and back-of-house organized
- Take basic product photos
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Comfortable speaking with new people and helping customers
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- Able to lift and move furniture regularly (50+ lbs)
- Quick learner who takes initiative you'll often be working independently
- Retail, sales, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
Important: Candidates must be able to speak and understand both English and Spanish to be considered.

No prior experience? No problem. We provide training and support to help you grow.
One more thing worth knowing: we promote from within. This is a starting position, but it doesn't have to stay that way. As this location grows, we'll need a store manager and we'd rather develop someone who started on the floor and proved themselves than hire from outside. If you show up consistently, take ownership, and treat this store like it's yours, the path to running it is real.
