As a Drain Technician, you’ll be the expert on all thing's drainage, tackling problems for residential and light commercial customers. You’ll:

Diagnose & Resolve: Identify and solve drain issues with precision

Operate Equipment: Use snakes, hydro-jetter, sewer cameras, and more

Educate Customers: Clearly explain the issue, provide repair/replacement options

Upsell Services: Offer solutions and preventative maintenance plans

Maintain Equipment: Keep your tools, truck, and gear in top condition
We want a motivated team player who’s ready to jump in and grow with us.
Experience:

2+ years of drain cleaning or plumbing experience
-
Hydro-jetting experience is a huge plus
Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills
-
Confident with service-based sales

Excellent communication & customer service
Requirements:

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Able to pass background check & drug screen
-
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in tight spaces or outdoor environments

ServiceTitan experience is a bonus, not required
