Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant instrumentation, control systems, electrical equipment, and associated field devices to ensure safe and reliable plant operation.
Troubleshoot, calibrate, repair, and test instrumentation, PLCs, DCS platforms, electrical systems, and process controls using technical manuals and diagnostic equipment.
Inspect, maintain, and support low and medium voltage electrical equipment, station batteries, chargers, motor controls, and related power distribution systems in accordance with NFPA 70E and company safety standards.
Read and interpret electrical one-line diagrams, P&IDs, loop drawings, control logic, and wiring schematics to diagnose issues and implement system improvements.
Maintain, modify, and support Distributed Control Systems (DCS), PLCs, Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS), and plant automation systems to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
Complete preventive maintenance, equipment documentation, calibration records, regulatory reports, and work orders while supporting environmental compliance and plant operating requirements.
Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to plan outages, execute maintenance activities, troubleshoot equipment failures, and implement reliability improvements.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), confined space entry, electrical safe work practices, and environmental regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
