We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is organized, fast-paced, and committed to preparing high-quality food while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing menu items according to company standards while working efficiently with the rest of the kitchen team to deliver great service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and food safety standards
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Ensure food is prepared quickly and accurately during busy shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Qualifications
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
