Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hardscaping Foreman to join our team. Ideally someone with extensive knowledge of different areas of hardscaping including but not limited to , retaining walls, paver patios, flagstone patios, and walkways. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of Hardscaping practices. This role involves various tasks related to hardscape installation. Starting pay based off expiereince in this particular field and skill.
Responsibilities
- Perform Hardscaping installs start to finish.
- Keeping a crew on task and efficient at all times .
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
- installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Keep work areas clean and organized to promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications
Hardscaping Experience
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with hardscape installation practices
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
