Professional and experienced Hotel Guest Services Agent needed! Local preferred.
Weekend availability required.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and assisting with check-in
- Reviewing reservations and explaining all services and amenities
- Fielding all phone calls/email inquires
- Preparing basic food & beverage for guests upon request
- Ensuring a pleasant experience to all guests
- Assist with other departments when needed
