We are looking for an administrative professional to centralize and support purchase order (PO) processing for assigned builders. This position is based in our Madison, Wisconsin office and works closely with the Branch Managers, Production Managers, and other field office staff in our locations throughout the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Process and track purchase orders (POs) for assigned builders, coordinating with the Branch Manager and Job Schedule
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and share regular status updates with branch and regional leadership
- Communicate proactively with managers to keep job and order information current
- Identify, investigate and resolve PO discrepancies
- Provide scheduling support to managers as needed
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy and consistency
- Other customer service and administrative support tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications
- Previous administrative, operations or purchasing support experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to support process improvements as they are refined
- Previous experience in construction preferred
