Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Client Service Coordinator with experience in customer service, administrative support, or client relations.
In this role, you will coordinate between clients, wholesale partners, and in-house technicians to ensure all service requests are handled accurately and completed on time. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
We are open to candidates with strong work ethic and communication skills, even without direct experience. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and act as the main point of contact for clients
- Coordinate service requests, including wig adjustments and customizations
- Communicate timelines and provide updates to clients and partners
- Ensure clear and accurate instructions are given to technicians
- Track orders and service progress to ensure timely completion
- Support administrative tasks, data entry, and order documentation
- Maintain organized records of client and service details
- Assist with daily office operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service, administrative, or client-facing experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or willing to learn
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
