In this fast paced and rewarding role, you will ensure that every referral entering our eportals is accurately reviewed, accepted, and routed to the appropriate home health or hospice operation.
The Electronic Referral Specialist is responsible for monitoring, managing, and processing all incoming referrals received through our electronic referral portals. This role is essential in ensuring referrals are promptly accepted, accurately triaged, and efficiently directed to the correct agency location.
