Everest Academy – Lemont, IL
Everest Academy is seeking a warm, responsible, and energetic Before & After Care Assistant to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday (Before Care): 6:45 AM – 8:00 AM
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (After Care): 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday (After Care): 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $20/hour
Duties Include:
- Supervising students in a safe, caring environment
- Engaging children in quiet activities before and after the school day
- Assisting with snack time and clean-up
- Communicating positively with students, parents, and staff
Ideal Candidate:
- Enjoys working with children
- Is punctual, reliable, and patient
- Has prior experience in childcare or education (preferred, but not required)
- Must complete a background check and Archdiocesan compliance requirements
