Senior Revenue Accountant
Beacon Hill Staffing Group is partnering with a respected client to identify a Senior Revenue Accountant for a high-impact role supporting revenue accounting, trade spend analysis, and financial partnership across Sales and Finance.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze gross-to-net revenue activity, including accruals, deductions, and forecast variances for a portfolio of key customers.

Partner with Sales and Finance to evaluate customer profitability, trade performance, and revenue risks while providing actionable recommendations.

Research, manage, and resolve customer deductions related to trade promotions and supply chain claims.

Support monthly close activities, including accrual reviews, AR aging analysis, and financial reporting.

Prepare and present financial results, variance analyses, and business insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Coordinate and oversee outsourced support resources, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned work.

Lead process improvement initiatives and special projects focused on strengthening controls, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required.
- Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, revenue management, trade promotions, retail, or a related environment.

Strong financial analysis and advanced Excel skills are essential.

Experience with ERP systems, trade promotion management platforms, Tableau, SQL, or other BI tools is preferred.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
