Our property management company needs a Maintenance Technician to help keep our Apartment facilities clean and running smoothly. You will need to be able to maintain and repair all building systems, so background in electrical and plumbing systems is essential. You will be responsible for completing required routine maintenance tasks as assigned by our supervisors, while completing projects with the guidance of our maintenance staff.
Responsibilities:
- Insure equipment, systems and facilities are safe, efficient and operating at optimal levels.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Perform routine maintenance Residents may request.
- Troubleshoot equipment/system issues, resolving them in a timely fashion.
- Respond to facility issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure all environmental controls are in place to minimize impact on people and operations..
- Perform necessary inventories of workshop supplies (parts inventory etc.) and supplies.
- Turn units (painting etc)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
