Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction is essential.

What You’ll Do:
- Install HVAC systems in new construction, remodels, and replacement projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specs
- Ensure installations are up to code, clean, and completed on schedule
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with clients and team members
- Work alongside and help guide apprentices and junior installers
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe job site
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential and/or light commercial)
- Strong understanding of HVAC system layout, installation procedures, and start-up
- EPA certification (required); other certifications are a plus
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
