The Senior Resident Care Coordinator (Senior RCC) provides leadership and oversight for Assisted Living, Terrace Club and/or Reminiscence neighborhoods, ensuring high-quality, safe and resident-centered care. This role partners closely with the Resident Care Director (RCD), Executive Director and interdisciplinary teams to support service planning, staffing, regulatory compliance and team development while promoting Sunrise’s mission and standards. What You’ll Do: • Lead daily operations of assigned neighborhoods in compliance with regulations and Sunrise standards • Participate in resident evaluations and develop Service Plans • Create staffing schedules and daily care assignments based on resident needs • Partner with RCD on clinical concerns and care coordination • Communicate proactively with families, physicians and support services • Monitor dining experience and collaborate with Activities and Dining teams • Participate in IDT, QAPI and performance improvement processes • Manage department budget, labor and expenses • Recruit, train, coach and evaluate care team members • Ensure compliance with OSHA, state/provincial regulations and Sunrise policies Senior Resident Care Coordinator – Lead Compassionate Care and Strengthen Team Performance Resident Care Coordinator | Assisted Living | Care Management | Senior Living | Team Leadership | Resident Care
