Compensation:
- Hourly: $55–$60
- Weekly: $2,200–$2,400
- Yearly Salary: $80,000-$100,000

Position Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
- Oregon State Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate (or ability to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate (not required for Clinical Fellowship Year)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with children/adolescents (preferred, not required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess & identify students needing speech and language support.
- Provide individual & group therapy using curriculum-based materials.
- Develop & implement IEP goals to foster student success.
- Create an engaging learning environment to promote communication and growth.
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists & supervise support staff.
- Utilize alternative communication systems when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal education regulations.
Job Details:
Full-Time Contract Position – Hiring for the 2026/2027 school year
Schedule: 40 hours per week, aligned with the district’s academic calendar
Caseload: Schools: 40–55 students; Early Intervention: 25-30 students
