What You’ll Do
- Support attorneys on personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
- Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
- Request, track, and organize medical records, billing, and liens
- Manage calendars, deadlines, and case files
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
- Maintain accurate and complete case documentation
What You’ll Bring
- 3 or more years of personal injury legal assistant experience
- Experience supporting plaintiff-side personal injury matters
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Law firm experience required
