- Understanding and experience of the US Telecom (both Fiber and A&E) market is a must
- Established Techno-commercial professional with a successful results-driven track record in the GIS/CAD/Engineering industry
- Growth-oriented mindset with demonstrable success in strategic partnering, large business acquisition and key account management.

The incumbent will be primarily responsible for sales and business development for AABSyS services in the US geography, especially in the Telecom and utilities. The person will work closely with the offshore business development / delivery teams / AABSyS Senior Management to develop and execute the business plan for the region to establish market leadership for AABSyS services in the US.

- Winning new business, and driving sales and customer acquisition in the US
- Participate in RFPs and Bids with active support from AABSyS Bidding Team and Delivery Leads in India
- Establish an effective sales process including prospecting, lead generation, solutioning, contract management, business proposals and pricing strategy
- Represent AABSyS in industry events, enhance AABSyS brand building and generate new business
- Strong domain knowledge, understanding and connects in the GIS marketplace in the US (especially in the Telecom and utilities)
- Strong business acumen with a result-oriented approach
- Technical understanding of various GIS services and exposure to the various business verticals
- Process-driven personality with good analytical abilities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
